The TRCC closed on
Sept 1, 2009...The legislature in its infinite wisdom voted to "Sunset" the agency effective (for all intents and purposes) on September 1, 2009
Governor Perry
signed HB2833 which continues to mandate that homes be built to the IRC Code and have a minimum of 3 inspections in areas not subject to municipal inspection.
(with county approval).
